If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

On June 23, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,00 from the Busan District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On March 24, 2020, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven a Drocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.140% in a section of about 1km from the Ulsan-gu B parking lot to the front road of Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu.

As a result, the Defendant violated the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
