On May 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act at the Changwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on May 15, 2013.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, acquired KRW 20 million from the victim to the national bank account of the Defendant on the same day, and KRW 10 million on November 29, 2012.

2.
