A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person recruiting Korean women to engage in disguised marriage for extension of the duration of stay of men of the Sri Lankan nationality whose expiration date of stay in the Republic of Korea expires, and C (C; hereinafter referred to as the “C”) is a person recruiting nationals of Sri Lankan nationality who are engaged in disguised marriage.
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant C, D, E (E, hereinafter referred to as “E”);
A. On July 201, the Defendant: (a) obtained consent from C to make a false entry into public electronic records, etc.; (b) obtained a false entry into public electronic records, etc.; (c) obtained a false entry into public electronic records, etc.; and (d) obtained a false entry into public electronic records, etc.; and (d) obtained a false entry into public registry, upon request from C to request from D to request a false entry into a false marriage in order to extend the sojourn period of male E with the nationality of Sri Lanka, the expiration date of stay of which is imminent; and (e) obtained a false entry into public registry, C, D, and E, in return for a disguised marriage.
Accordingly, around November 10, 201, the above D and E entered the content that D and E were married to D’s family register information system, by submitting a marriage report as if they were married to the truth in spite of no intention to marry.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, entered false facts in the family register information system of D, which is a public electronic record, and stored and kept it.
(b) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall apply for a false visa or a visa issuance certificate, or assist such application, to allow entry of an alien;
Nevertheless, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), the Defendant conspireds to the visa application document, D sent the reason for invitation, marriage certificate, etc. to be attached to the visa application document to E, and E enters the Korean Embassy located in Sri Lanka around November 28, 201.
