[Criminal Facts]

1. Fraud;

A. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of defraudation on February 2, 2015: (a) around 21:30 on February 2, 2015, at the E restaurant operated by the victim D in Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as if he would normally pay the price; and (b) ordered the victim to drink and share.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the injured party due to the lack of any particular income.

B. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of defraudation on January 4, 2016: (a) around 17:20 on January 4, 2016, G operated by the Victim F in Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, intended to pay the normal price as if he would pay the normal price; and (b) ordered employees H to do so.

However, the defendant did not have any particular income and did not have any intention or ability to pay it even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the employee.

The defendant was provided with 11,500 won or more at the market price from the above H, through 1 mari, and 1 friju, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On January 4, 2016, at around 17:25, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by force, such as: (a) in G operated by the victim F in Daegu Seo-gu, that “I see, e.g., that I see, e., that I see, e., that I am out; (b) I see, e., that I am going out; and (c) cutting the table without any particular reason, and allowing the customer to find a restaurant for about 30 minutes, such as the right f.m., left back.
