1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 15, 201, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with B (hereinafter “B”) to invest KRW 300 million in “C” produced by B (hereinafter “instant event”).
On December 2, 2011, the Plaintiff deposited KRW 300 million in the name of B.
Article 3(1) event name: D, that is, the event name was changed from the original “F” to the foregoing period: the place from December 23, 201 to February 26, 2012 (it is possible to be extended to the beginning of March): Defendant 5: Total production cost of KRW 600 million (including value-added tax), Article 5(1)(2) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the production of the event of this case: each of the roles sharing is agreed as follows:

(4) The defendant shall dispatch two general managers to carry out public relations marketing business to fulfill his responsibilities and roles as the sponsor, and shall enter into a contract on behalf of the plaintiff and the representative of the plaintiff. (5) The defendant shall enter into a contract on behalf of the plaintiff and B. (6) The defendant shall establish and operate the head of the passbook in the name of the defendant corporation, and shall, in principle, receive and disburse the head of the passbook in the name of the representative director of the plaintiff or the representative director of the corporation. The defendant shall report the details of the head of the passbook to the plaintiff and B to the plaintiff in order to verify the payment and deposit, etc. (2) At the same time as the plaintiff's rights and obligations.
