Punishment of the crime
On July 6, 2017, while under the influence of around 0.086% at around 23:35 on July 6, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at approximately 200 meters from the front of the Daa-gu Seoul High School, Daegu-gun, to the front day of the Kacheon-ro located in the same Eup/Myeon.
