Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with the horses at the end of the year, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury prior to risk)
On May 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.155% in blood around 02:04, while driving it in front of the test site for the Ansan driver's license located in the Gu and Dong of the Ansan-si in Ansan-si, and driving the two-lane road at the top of the Dong community service center as a fireworks Park tri-distance, and moving the two-lane road at a non-speed speed.
At night, the vehicle was stopped to turn to the left on the opposite side of the defendant's moving direction, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and accurately manipulate the steering gear to prevent accidents.

2. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 1.5 km from May 12, 2018 to the direction of the test site for Ansan driver’s license located in the Dong and the Gu of Ansan-si from the vicinity of the pharmacy in the Dong and the Gu of Ansan-si to the front of the test site for Ansan-si driver’s license in Dong.
