On April 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 17:40 on April 17, 2014, Kim Jong-si apartment 101 Dong 107, which is the victim B’s residence; and (b) carried out a bath for drinking, and damaged the repair cost by making two visits to drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.
