On August 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a crime of attempted special larceny in this court. On August 18, 2012, the Defendant was finally and conclusive on August 18, 2012, and is still under suspended sentence.

1. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant entering a structure: (a) had the intent to steal property from “E main store” located within the 1st underground floor of the victim D’s 07:02, the wife population C; (b) had not been corrected; and (c) had intruded the structure under the victim’s control through the window of the above commercial toilet.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by cutting down the above imprisonment without prison labor, putting the above imprisonment without prison labor into the floor in order to steal cash located in a small short-sized safe, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 70,000,00,000, which is owned by the victim in the inside of the Kabtercheon, from the above main point of time, in order to find out CCTV in a size of 200,000, which is installed in the inside of the Kabtercheon and to prevent his image from being taken. The Defendant damaged the property of the victim.

3. At the same time and time as in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) stolen 3,500 won in 3MG tobacco 1 A; (b) and 1MG tobacco 1 A; and (c) on the same day and time as in paragraph (1), the Defendant stolen 3,500 won in c,50 won in c, the victim’s possession within the destroyed safe, as in paragraph (2).
