However, in light of the fact that there is no change in the conditions of sentencing after the sentence of the lower judgment, the fact that the lower court sentenced to the reduction of the amount of fine imposed by the summary order, and all other conditions of sentencing indicated in the record, it cannot be deemed unfair because the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
