1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a regional housing association established for the purpose of the construction project of an apartment of 1,300 households regional housing association (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with the area of 31,551 square meters in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu as the project area (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and obtained authorization for the establishment of the housing association from the head of Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City on August 14, 2017.
B. On October 31, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement to enter into an association (hereinafter “instant agreement to enter into an association”) with the Defendant on the share of KRW 277,80,000,000 for the instant apartment building D, and the aggregate of KRW 10,000 for the first down payment, KRW 6,000,000 for business promotion expenses, and KRW 27,200,000 for the second down payment and KRW 7.2 million for business promotion expenses (including value-added tax 1.2 million) among the share of the contributions on the same day.
C. On September 27, 2018, the Plaintiff submitted a written withdrawal to the Defendant, and the Defendant passed a resolution on the voluntary withdrawal of 29 members, including the Plaintiff, at the open meeting on November 25, 2018.
