Reasons
According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiff’s lease from the Defendant on September 29, 2017, with the lease deposit amount of KRW 35,000,000, and the lease period of KRW 35,000 from October 2, 2017 to October 1, 2019.
According to the above facts, since the lease contract of this case was terminated at the expiration of the term, the defendant is obligated to pay 35,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
