1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 25% per annum from July 27, 2016 to November 30, 2016; and (b) the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 27, 2016, the Plaintiff’s assertion of the claim against the Defendant: (a) the principal amount of KRW 30 million based on the Loan Agreement (a loan of KRW 30 million, maturity of KRW 12 million on November 30, 2016, and KRW 3 million on January 30, 2016; and (b) the agreed interest and statutory damages for delay within the scope of the limitation under the Interest Limitation Act; and (c) the agreed interest and statutory damages for the said amount; (b) the judgment by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
