1. The facts below the facts can be acknowledged as follows: the defendant does not clearly dispute them, or it can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2.
(1) On November 13, 1997, the Defendant concluded a membership agreement with the Gyeonggi Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Bank”) and did not pay the credit card payment obligation from June 24, 1998 while using the credit card.
on March 31, 1999, the Hanmi Bank Co., Ltd. transferred to the Plaintiff the credit card use payment claim against the Defendant, and the same year.
5. Around 15.15. The Defendant notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims.
Article 203 Ghana18471 of this Court brought an action against the Defendant. On September 4, 2003, the court rendered a judgment that "the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 5,457,143 won and 28% interest per annum from June 24, 1998 to December 31, 1998; 18% per annum from the next day to August 26, 2003; and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment." The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
B. On September 22, 1997, the Defendant was given a loan by setting the amount of the loan amount of KRW 10,000,000 from the Japanese bank as KRW 10,000.
on July 9, 1999, Japan Bank transferred to the Plaintiff the above loan claims against the Defendant, and the same year.
7. 14. The Defendant notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims.
