A The chairman of the J Operation Committee, Defendant B, Defendant C’s representative, Defendant D is the J Director, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G are the members of the J Committee.

1. Interference with business;

A. On October 20, 2014, around 11:00, Defendant A, Defendant C, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G’s co-offenders, who are members of the J Council, occupied the office of an attorney-at-law located in the Seoul Building 102 at Won-si around 11:00 and the same month.

By force among approximately 30 minutes, the Defendant interfered with the attorney-at-law’s affairs by demanding the victim T who was appointed as the chief of the J extraordinary session from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court to deliver a letter to the victim T, and threatening to the effect that he will continue to occupy the office if he does not comply with the request.

(1) The defendant's defense counsel asserts that "the defendant found an office to request the victim to handle the duties of the chief of the J extraordinary session fairly, and there was no intention to obstruct the victim's attorney-at-law's duties." However, according to the evidence duly adopted by this court, it is recognized that many people including the defendants, etc. at the time of this case entered the victim's office and occupied it, and where about 30 minutes remains there. Considering these facts, the defendants were sufficiently aware that their actions interfered with the victim's attorney-at-law's duties. B. On October 29, 2014, around 11:00 on October 29, 2014, Defendants A, B, C, and D’s co-defendants visit the above office to visit the residents’ visit and to take over the duties of the head of the J-Sin-si’s extraordinary session, and “the victim’s visit the office without approval from the association” and “the victim’s visit the office without approval.”
