Punishment of the crime
On November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on November 21, 2013, a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) in the same court on September 24, 2015, and a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) in the same court on November 24, 2017.
On November 19, 2017, at around 10:18, the Defendant driven a FL car owned by E at approximately KRW 100 meters from the Defendant’s house located in Scheon-si B with a blood alcohol content of 0.059% without a driver’s license from November 19, 2017 to D located in Scheon-si C.
