I reverse the original summary judgment.
Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.
The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.
Reasons
The grounds of emergency appeal are examined.
According to the records, on March 24, 2014, the court below rendered a summary judgment to the effect that the defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won by applying Article 3(3)2 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act to the defendant's violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on March 24, 2014, and that the judgment becomes final and conclusive upon the lapse of the deadline for requesting formal trial.
