However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on October 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for the same crime at the Seoul East District Court.

Although the Defendant had been driving on two or more occasions as above, he again driven the BKan Zon under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.121% of alcohol concentration from the 257-day road in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-ro, Seoul to the 239-ro, Song-ro, 200 meters from the 200-lane to the same 239-ro.

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspension of execution (resumed grounds for reduction of the amount of punishment);

1. An order to attend a course under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act;
