[Criminal Justice] On May 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to five years in Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 8, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 20, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window by breaking the crime prevention windows attached to D’s windows adjacent to its corridors in front of 102 Dong 1003, 100; (b) opened and invaded the window by breaking it in front of the E Apartment 102 Dong 1003, wherein D’s residents located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) cut off the window at the expense of the victim F’s market value located inside and outside, at the rate of KRW 2,00,000, KRW 300,000,000,000, in total, the market value of KRW 500,000,000.

2. On March 20, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window by breaking the crime prevention window, which is attached to the window in front of 105 Dong 703, as indicated in paragraph (1) in which the victim G resides; (b) opened and intruded the window, and (c) stolen the agricultural product right of KRW 100,000,000, which is one of the victims located inside and outside of the said area, by putting the string of the crime prevention window, which is attached to the window in front of the victim’s outward.

3. On March 21, 2015, at around 19:30 on March 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window by putting the crime prevention windows attached to the window on the outside of its corridor in hand between the victim I living in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) one cash 500,000 won in possession of the victim in the inside of the outside of the road; and (c) one gold 10,000 won in total of the market price of KRW 60,000 in total; (d) two gold 1,000,000 won in the market price of KRW 40,000,000 in front; (e) 2,000,000 won in front of the market price of KRW 1,100,000,000 in front; and (e) 1,010,000 won in Paris gift coupons; and (e) 1,710,00,00,000.
