2. On May 1, 2014, from around 04:40 to around 04:53 of the same day, the Defendant driven a car with a cromatic alcohol level of about 2km from the road front of the ro-distance in the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu Goyang-si, Yangyang-si to the third-distance road in the same Sungyang-gu.
