On July 2, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Ulsan District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on October 25, 2013, issued on October 25, 201 by the same court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 9, 2013.

1. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) was under the influence of alcohol while driving a B rocketing car and driving the said road on the southwest-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, along the direction toward the direction from the direction of the head of Dongcheon-do sports officer’s assistant.

At the time, the Defendant was at night and the Defendant was killed in the post, and in such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely, such as how a person engaged in driving service is well aware of the vehicle in the future.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went through the Defendant’s back to the next direction of Defendant C (hereinafter “Aststststst, 48 years old”) and was driven by the victim C(hereinafter “Astststst, 5 years old”).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.

2. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and once again drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while under the influence of alcohol, from around 1km to around 0.13% of alcohol level, from the front of a mutual influence restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the said “nick Diplomatic.”
