Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is a person driving a sm3 car volume.
On July 18, 2019, around 07:55, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a vehicle driver’s license at approximately KRW 700 meters from the frontway of “D” in “D” to the front of the E-mail at the same time.
