A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On April 2016, the Defendant received the request from F to obtain a loan equivalent to KRW 4 billion from F to arrange for executives and employees of financial institutions. The Defendant agreed to receive KRW 2,00,000 per month between 1 year and 2,000,000 from F in Sung-si, Busan. On May 2016, the Defendant received KRW 1,00,000 from H in Busan under the pretext of loan intermediation and entertainment expenses for executives and employees of financial institutions. On the same day, the Defendant received KRW 1,45,00,000 from F in total on six occasions as indicated in the list of crimes.
