However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 14, 2020, the Defendant paid KRW 250,000 in return, after having disturbed D (at the time, 15 years of age) and one time of sexual intercourses with B (at the time, 15 years of age) around 01:00.

As a result, the defendant, who is a child or juvenile, had the sex of D.
