The reason for sentencing under the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act among concurrent offenders committed the instant crime repeatedly despite the fact that the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for the same kind of crime around 2008. The instant crime has a significant negative impact on the society, and the size, business period, and method of the instant game site, and B and C as accomplices, respectively.
