1. The Defendant’s KRW 52,00,000 as well as 10% per annum from October 2, 2012 to November 20, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

In full view of the evidence No. 1, No. 2-1, 2, 3, and 3 of the evidence No. 1, the plaintiff can be acknowledged as having lent 52,00,000 won to the defendant on October 2, 2012 at interest rate of 10% per annum. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest and delay damages at the interest rate of 20% per annum from October 20, 2012, which is the date of lending the above loan No. 52,00,000 to the plaintiff from October 20, 2012, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, according to the agreement of 10% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment, and under the agreement of 20% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment.
