임대차보증금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 11, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

(However, the plaintiff's claim was reduced as stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition). 2. The judgment deemed as confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Defendant C submitted a written response as of November 17, 2017, but only sought a judgment of dismissing the plaintiff's claim, and did not appear on the date for pleading without any reply as to the facts alleged by the plaintiff as the cause for the plaintiff's claim. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion constitutes a case where the plaintiff's assertion was not clearly disputed (see Supreme Court Decision 89Meu4045, Jul. 25, 1989).
