If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On April 16, 2015, the Defendant, as a member of the “B organization” metropolitan community, had a mind to hold a meeting to urge the “C human cultivation and the destruction of the Enforcement Decree related to the C” in Gwangju.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, etc. to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, between April 18, 2015 and April 14:53, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 14:00 to April 18, 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (b) around 16, 20 members of the Gwangju East-gu Police Station in front of the post office without submitting a meeting report to the head of the Gwangju East-gu Police Station; (c) around 20 members of the Gwangju East-gu Police Station; and (d) held a banner and a ticket stating “B-gu Nowon-gu only one year,” stating the truth of this gender as “W-gu, Yangyang-gu, Jeju-gu, the head of the Dong-dong Police Station.”

The defendant, by directly looking at society, selected with a loudspeaker, "to urge the destruction of the Enforcement Decree of the C, C, to urge to clarify the truth," and led the participants of the assembly to create the same relief, and ordered four participants of the assembly to read "Juvenile Declaration" with the content that "I will prevent future participation and to abolish the C Enforcement Decree, by clarifying the causes of death with the name of the C at a rapid time, thorough truth, and by making four participants of the assembly read."

The Defendant continued to use approximately 20 persons who participated in the assembly, as well as approximately 20 persons who participated in the assembly, and carried out the above relief with a loudspeaker from the post office to the front of the post office, via Gwangju-ro, Gwangju-ro, the call scambling distance, the history distance of the former London pharmacy, and the private distance of the former East and East Sea Ships.

Accordingly, the Defendant organized an outdoor assembly that was not reported.
