A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months, and a person who commits any of the crimes of Articles 2 through 5 in the judgment of the defendant.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On July 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act at the Gwangju District Court on June 201, and the judgment was finalized on the 23th of the same month. On January 22, 2014, on the 30th of the same month, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a prison term of 10 months in the same court
