1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from October 31, 2008 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 2, 2008, the Plaintiff claimed the return of the claim since it was determined and lent to the Defendant 2% interest rate of KRW 80,000 per month and October 30, 2008.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
