The defendant is a person who operates a business place of similarity with the trade name "C" in 404, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

At around 23:30 on October 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) employed a female employee D as a female employee at the above business establishment, reported an advertisement; (b) received 35,000 won from many unspecified customers who found in the above business establishment; and (c) assisted female employees to act of similarity in a way that enables female employees to scam their sexual organ as his hand, and (d) made profits equivalent to KRW 6,00,000 per day from July 2013 to October 1, 2013 by arranging sexual traffic to around 10 customers on an average of around 10,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
