Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On May 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months for the crime of rape committed by the Seoul High Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 26, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.
[Criminal facts]
1.
