[Final Judgment] On February 1, 2019, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Busan District Court on February 1, 201 and two years of suspended execution for the same month.

Defendant

B was sentenced to three months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Ulsan District Court on June 8, 2017, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 23, 2017. The judgment was finalized on February 6, 2018. On February 1, 2019, sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) and became final and conclusive on March 6, 2019.
