The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around August 10, 2020, the summary of the facts charged is that the victim C (42 years old) parked the vehicle on the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and that it was difficult for the victim C (42 years old) to drive the vehicle on the road, making it difficult to drive the vehicle on the road, and assaulted the victim's left face one time due to the victim's loss.
