(C) The Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with F to the part other than civil engineering works among the new construction works in the instant case on November 10, 2015 (hereinafter “instant civil engineering works”).

) The contract amount of KRW 1,496,00,000 (including value-added tax), the commencement date of construction, and the completion date of construction on November 10, 2015, each of which was awarded a subcontract (hereinafter referred to as the “instant subcontract”) on April 10, 2016.

2) On the other hand, after the commencement of the civil engineering works, part of the civil construction works, H (hereinafter “H”).

(D) The Defendant, on April 22, 2016, drafted an additional construction description as follows, and the said description contains both the E’s signature and name (hereinafter the following additional construction description).

1. The evidence No. 7 No. 1,420,000 won in the cemetery cemetery No. 1,420,000 appears to be a clerical error in the amount of KRW 1,420,000.

2.The above amount of KRW 80,000,000 for household installation work (including survey equipment installation/inspection material cost) confirms that additional construction cost has been incurred, and the F and C are paid in addition to the value of supply in the subcontract contract amount between F and C.

E. On November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff received 14,000,000 won from K around February 2016 and received 14,00,000 won from K around February 2016, each of the above promissory notes or the number of shares per unit, with a face value of 30,000,000 won per unit value, 1 sheet per unit value per unit value of 50,000 won per unit value, and 14,000,000 won per unit value per unit value per unit.
