The defendant is a driver of the vehicle B with low-speed.
On December 20, 2014, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 5 meters at the corner of erobbbbal 429-45, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, at approximately 0.18% of alcohol concentration.
