1. Details of the disposition;
A. On June 18, 2015, the Plaintiff, as an employee of the KTTM Co., Ltd., filed a claim for temporary layoff benefits against Defendant 1 from August 3, 2016 to October 31, 2016, on the ground that he/she was unable to be employed as medical care, during the period from June 19, 2015 to January 12, 2016; the period from January 13, 2016 to August 2, 2016; the period from August 13, 2016 to August 2, 2016; and the period from August 21, 2016 to August 2, 2016; and the period from August 21, 2016 to August 21, 2017; and each of the period from August 21, 2016 to July 21, 2017.
B. The Defendant shall make a decision to fully pay temporary layoff benefits for the period from June 19, 2015 to January 12, 2016; 2) for the period from January 13, 2016 to August 2, 2016, 3) the payment of temporary layoff benefits is to be made in full on December 16, 2016 (hereinafter “instant first disposition”); 3); 4) for the period from January 13, 2016 to August 2, 2016, the payment of temporary layoff benefits is to be made in full on the basis of the advice’s opinion; 1) for the period from January 13, 2016 to the date of August 12, 2016, the payment of temporary layoff benefits is to be made in full for the period from 20.15 to 20.17 (4) for the period from January 1, 2017 to the date of 20.17.
