Judgment

In light of the circumstances that are favorable to the defendant, the defendant's primary crime, and all of the crimes in this case were led to a violation of depth while making a confession, and the fact that the defendant seems to have difficulty in economic circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant is proceeding to recover credit through the Credit Counseling and Recovery Commission, etc., the crime in this case is committed by the illegal DNA site at KRW 38,73,00,000,000,000, and the nature of the crime is not easy. In light of the circumstances favorable to the defendant, the court below has already reduced the fine amount of the summary order (4,00,000,000) by taking into account the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and other various circumstances, which are the conditions for sentencing specified in the records and arguments in this case, such as equity in sentencing with the similar case, motive and circumstance of the crime in this case, the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, etc., it cannot be deemed unfair to impose

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since there is no ground for appeal. It is so decided as per Disposition.
