A A shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

The Defendants are those who work as used cars operating employees from a used cars sales company (ju)D located in Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C or 111.

1. He/she shall not make any false or exaggerated indication or advertisement on a motor vehicle that he/she intends to trade or assist in the trade or mediation of a motor vehicle in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

A around July 10, 2016, around E site (F), published G white lue vehicle in the “vehicle price of KRW 3.77 million, KRW 110,000 per annum 36 months, KRW 110,000 per annum, and KRW AH in December 2015.”

However, in fact, the Defendant described the vehicle selling price in a false manner in order to invite customers despite the fact that the above vehicle did not have been sold as a ticket, and that the seller could not sell the above vehicle in KRW 3.7 million.

As above, Defendant A falsely advertised vehicle sales prices, etc. on a motor vehicle that he/she intends to trade or arrange.

2. The Defendants: (a) induced the first contract by inducing the Defendants to sell used cars referred to as “fit goods” to customers who believe the horses of the business members at a low price; and (b) there is a business registration certificate for the contracted motor vehicles to purchase the vehicles on the site; and (c) there is no business registration certificate for the said motor vehicles to give up the first contract and sell other vehicles with a large profit.

A around 18:00 on July 10, 2016, G sales posted on the E site as set forth in paragraph (1) are 3,70,000 won, and the victim I would be able to purchase vehicles at the selling price posted on the telephone site by the victim I, and the victim would be able to be able to purchase vehicles at the selling price posted on the off-line site by the victim.

At around 10:10 on July 11, 2016, the Defendants first advertised the victims to K “K” on the second floor of the building J in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
