The defendant is a person who drives B rocketing another car.
On December 20, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 08:55, 08:15% of alcohol level, was moving back to about 1 meter from the road front of the Masan-dong Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant driven the said car.
