1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,218,152 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 22, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
