The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 19:30 on January 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sought to transmit the victim’s private dialogue in Nowon-gu, Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul Mapo-gu, to his own computer at the office of a dispute resolution committee office; (b) sought to transmit the victim’s private dialogue in Nowon-gu, Seoul Mapo-gu, to one’s father; and (c) assaulted the victim, such as the defect that the victim was about to know about the above situation, the victim’s face with one hand, and the victim’s face with another hand.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the defendant.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
