However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No one shall engage in the conduct of arranging sexual traffic, such as arranging, soliciting or inducing sexual traffic or providing a place for sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, from the end of September 2014 to October 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported the Internet advertisement under Articles 1109 and 1313 of Suwon-si Office Office Officetel 1109 and 1313 of the said Office; and (b) assisted sexual traffic against unspecified customers who find the said office by having them receive KRW 130,00 won in return for sexual intercourse from the male descendants who found in the said Office; and (c) engaging in sexual intercourse in the said Nos. 1109 and 1313 in waiting for sexual intercourse; and (d) engaged in sexual intercourse with the said office.
