A. On February 19, 2014, C farming association (hereinafter “C”) entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for factory sites D 5,735 square meters and its ground-based factories buildings and affiliated buildings (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) and machinery and equipment located in the foregoing factory building, facilities and equipment, forkeeps, goodwill, and authorization rights for sale of KRW 7 billion (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and its main contents are as follows.

The buyer shall pay to the seller the purchase price of the above-mentioned factory as follows.
