However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a business owner who operates the "C Game Center" on B4th floor in the East Sea.

No one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or re-purchase of intangible results obtained through the use of a game product, and provide game products with contents different from game products classified by a meeting of the rating members for the use of such game products.

1. On January 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) installed 40 games of “saturgy” at the head of the said game; (b) replaced the said game machine with 40 game machine on March 15, 2017; and (c) exchanged the remainder after deducting 10% from the points that an unspecified number of customers who found the said game hall acquired through the use of the game product from the points that they acquired through the use of the game product, by deducting 10% from the fees.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in exchanging intangible results obtained through the use of game water as a business.

On March 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obtained a rating classification of the game from a physical grade member’s game from the head of the above game room to be indicated in “Grashing window” only in cases where the scam acquired as a result of the above game was operated within ten (10) days; (b) the Defendant, regardless of the order of priority, calculated a cumulative prize amount by converting the cumulative prize amount to 10,000 points by converting it into a single unit (class classification number:CC-N-140918-03) and provided an unspecified customer who uses the above game room with a game product of contents different from the rating received by the Water Management Committee for use.

As a result, the Defendant provided game water different from the rating of the game water management committee.
