A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents dated January 29, 2015;
A. The Defendant: (a) opened a new mobile phone in the name of B without obtaining the consent from B; and (b) opened a new mobile phone in the name of B; and (c) sold a new mobile phone to the intermediate seller.
On January 29, 2015, the Defendant entered “E” and “B” in the new form of a service contract stating “D” in the “D” mobile phone store office, and signed “B” on the name side of the original unit of the contract stating “B” and “B” through the verification body to enter into the new subscription number column and the customer information column for application for subscription, and signed “B” on the original copy of the contract form of the terminal installment transaction stating “B” without objection to the transfer of the installment, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the installment transaction stated in the contract, the customer information column for application for subscription, and the terms and conditions of the installment transaction and the terms and conditions of the installment transaction, and without objection to the transfer of the installment, the Defendant voluntarily signed “B” on the name side of the original unit column of the contract form of the terminal installment transaction stating “B”.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of B, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and an application form for installment trading, respectively.
B. The Defendant at the above time, at the above place, sent each of the forged new service contracts and one copy of each of the application for installment trade to an employee who is unable to know the name of the est telecom, who is aware of the forgery, by facsimile as if it was duly formed.
2. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents dated January 30, 2015;
A. A. Around January 30, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document on the paper of a new service contract stating that “I will conclude a new contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of use as above.”
