The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On February 9, 2018, at around 00:25, the Defendant assaulted the face of the victim D (50 years of age) of drinking alcohol as his/her hand floor with the face of the victim D (50 years of age), without any reason, in front of C, located in Busan L/C. B.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On August 10, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement that the injured person does not want to be punished against the defendant is submitted. D.
