A. The plaintiff is a party. 1) The plaintiff is a 350-dong 350 apartment complex in the ASEAN-ro 73 (Ariju-dong) Dong-ro.

(2) The defendant (the name of Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation was changed from July 1, 2015 to the name of Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation) is the council of occupants' representatives composed of occupants for the management of the apartment building in this case and the following.
