1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On February 26, 2013, the contract is terminated for reasons of violation of the obligation to pay rent and management expenses (in total of 835,420 won from March to October 2013, 2014) under the lease agreement (a security deposit of KRW 13,624,00, monthly rent of KRW 143,570, and the period of two years) and seek the delivery of the building as restitution. 2.
