Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts]
1. On June 26, 2016, around 13:41, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the room: (a) the victim called the “Evis” operated by the victim D in Kimhae-si; (b) opened the entrance door at the seat of the locked; and (c) entered the entrance at the seat; and (d) from around that time to November 13 of the same year, the Defendant went to the room occupied by the victims 15 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the rooms possessed by the victims.
2. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a violation of the said Act by cutting off the transportation card (Evidence No. 6) previously held in the front room room between the string and then entering the front room, and entering the front room with a correction device at a level equivalent to KRW 100,000,00 in cash, USD 90,00 in total, USD 2, USD 2, USD 2, USD 1000, USD 1000, USD 2, USD 1000, USD 100, KRW 100 and USD 10,000 from June 26, 2016 to November 13, 2016, the Defendant appears to have entered the victim’s bill of amendment as shown in [Attachment No. 2] 350,500,2500 won in total.
A considerable amount of articles was stolen or attempted to steals.
